Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on miniflyart.in, operated by Sanket Bhausaheb Bhagat, trading as Sanket Ecom Store (brand name: Miniflyart), GSTIN 27FJAPB2484R1ZR.

1. Cancellation by the customer

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, so in practice this means within 24 hours of ordering.

We will confirm your cancellation by email within one working day.

2. After dispatch

Once an order has been handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled. You may instead refuse delivery, or accept it and request a return under our Returns & Refund Policy within 7 days of delivery.

3. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order and refund it in full where:

the item is out of stock;
a pricing or listing error occurred;
we cannot deliver to your location;
the payment could not be verified.

We will inform you by email and refund the full amount, including any shipping charges paid.

4. Refund of a cancelled order

Where payment has been made, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

Refund initiated: within 1\u20132 working days of cancellation being confirmed
Credited to your account: within 5\u20137 working days of initiation
Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3\u20135 working days to display it

No cancellation charge or deduction is applied. You receive the full amount paid.
