Shipping

We ship across India from our warehouse in Lonavala, Maharashtra.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on Sundays or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

Pune and PCMC: 1–2 working days
Mumbai and rest of Maharashtra: 2–3 working days
Gujarat, Goa, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh: 3–5 working days
Other metro cities: 4–5 working days
Rest of India: 5–7 working days
North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and island territories: 7–10 working days

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 3 working days of ordering, please contact us.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your address and PIN code carefully. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address, or refused at delivery, may be re-shipped at additional cost.
