This policy explains what we collect when you shop with us and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, so we can process and deliver your order.
- Your PIN code, if you use the delivery estimator, to show an estimated arrival date. This is stored only in your own browser.
- Order and payment status from our payment partner. We never see or store your full card details.
- Basic usage data through cookies and analytics, to understand how the site is used.
Why we use it
To fulfil orders, arrange delivery, handle returns and answer support requests. If you opt in, we also send occasional emails about new kits and offers. You can unsubscribe from any of those emails.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to run the shop: Shopify, which hosts this store; our payment gateway; and our courier partners. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Email support@miniflyart.in to ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days.

We use cookies to keep your cart working and to measure site traffic. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart may stop working properly.
