Returns & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on miniflyart.in, operated by Sanket Bhausaheb Bhagat, trading as Sanket Ecom Store (brand name: Miniflyart), GSTIN 27FJAPB2484R1ZR.

1. Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible the kit must be unused, in its original packaging, with all components included.

Kits that have been painted or partly used cannot be returned, as the product cannot be resold.

2. Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your kit arrives damaged, broken, incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

We respond within one working day and will confirm the return before you send anything back. Please do not ship items to us without this confirmation.

4. Return shipping charges

Damaged, defective or wrong item: we bear the full cost
Change of mind: return shipping is borne by the customer

5. Refund timelines

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Inspection completed: within 2 working days of receipt
Refund initiated: within 1\u20132 working days of approval
Credited to your account: within 5\u20137 working days of initiation
Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3\u20135 working days to display it

Refunds are always made to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds by cash, cheque or bank transfer to a different account.
