Returns, cancellations and refunds

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the kit must be unused and in its original packaging with all components included. Kits that have been painted or partly used cannot be returned, as the product cannot be resold.

Damaged or wrong items

If your kit arrives damaged, broken or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email support@miniflyart.in or call +91 86980 22597 with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm the return and share the process. Please do not ship anything back before we confirm.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery under the terms above.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3–5 working days to credit the amount.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is borne by the customer. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we bear the cost.
