Privacy policy
This explains what we collect when you order a custom case, and what happens to your photo.
Your uploaded photo
This is the most sensitive thing you give us, so it gets its own section.
- Your photo is stored only to print your case and to reprint it if something goes wrong.
- It is visible only to our production team.
- We do not sell it, licence it, or use it in advertising unless you give written permission.
- It is deleted from our production system 90 days after delivery.
- You can ask us to delete it sooner — email us and we will confirm once done.
What else we collect
- Name, email, phone and delivery address, to process and deliver your order.
- Your phone brand and model, to produce the right case.
- Order and payment status from our payment partner. We never see or store full card details.
- Basic usage data through cookies and analytics.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: Shopify, which hosts this store; our payment gateway; and our courier partners. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Uploaded artwork is deleted after 90 days. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your choices
Email support@miniflyart.in to request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We respond within 30 days.
