Returns and refunds
Every case is printed with your photo, for your phone model. It cannot be resold to anyone else, so our returns policy is different from an off-the-shelf product. Please read this before ordering.
What we always replace or refund
Free of charge, no return shipping cost to you:
- The case arrives damaged, cracked or scratched
- The print is blurred, misaligned, streaked or the wrong colour
- We printed the wrong photo, or printed it upside down or badly cropped
- We sent the wrong phone model
- Cutouts do not line up with your phone's buttons or camera
Email support@miniflyart.in or WhatsApp +91 86980 22597 within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the case and the packaging. We will send a replacement or refund in full — your choice.
What we cannot take back
- You changed your mind about the photo
- You ordered the wrong phone model
- The photo printed exactly as shown in the preview, but you do not like how it looks
- The photo was low resolution and printed soft — we warn you at upload if a file is too small
This is not us being difficult. A case printed with someone else's photo has no resale value, so we would be destroying it.
Before you order
The preview on the design page shows exactly what will print. Take a moment over it: check the model is right, check nothing important sits under the camera cutout, and use the largest photo you have.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund any time before production starts — usually within 2 hours of ordering. Once printing begins we cannot cancel, because the case already carries your photo.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a further 3–5 working days to show it.
