Every case is printed to order, so there is a short production step before it ships.

Production

Cases are printed and quality-checked within 24 hours of your order being placed. Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST, on Sundays or on public holidays begin production the next working day.

Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery from dispatch:

Pune and PCMC: 1–2 working days
Mumbai and rest of Maharashtra: 2–3 working days
Gujarat, Goa, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh: 3–5 working days
Other metro cities: 4–5 working days
Rest of India: 5–7 working days
North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and island territories: 7–10 working days

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes and regional restrictions can add time.

Shipping charges

Free across India on prepaid orders. Any charges that do apply are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your case is dispatched. If nothing arrives within 3 working days of ordering, contact us.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address and PIN code. Because each case is printed for one customer, orders returned due to a wrong address are re-shipped at additional cost rather than refunded.
