Terms and conditions

By ordering a custom case you agree to the terms below.

Your artwork, and your right to use it

When you upload a photo you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that printing it does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or personal rights. You remain the owner of your image.

We use your photo for one purpose: printing your case and handling any replacement. We do not sell it, licence it, or use it in our own marketing unless you tell us in writing that we may.

Uploaded artwork is deleted from our production system 90 days after your order is delivered.

What we will not print

We may refuse an order and refund it in full if the artwork contains sexual content, content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context, hate speech or extremist symbols, graphic violence, another brand's logo or a copyrighted character, or anything unlawful in India. We will tell you why.

Colour and finish

Screens and printers reproduce colour differently. Small variations between what you see on your phone and the printed case are normal and are not a defect.

Photo quality

Print quality depends on the file you upload. We warn you at upload if a photo is likely to print soft, and proceeding past that warning is your decision.

Made to order

Each case is produced for you after payment. See our Returns & Refunds page for what this means.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. The price shown when you order is the price that applies. Payment is handled by our payment partner; we do not store card details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.
