Track your order

You will get a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your case is dispatched, usually within 24 hours of ordering.

Where is my case?

1. Order placed — you receive a confirmation email straight away
2. In production — your photo goes to print, within 24 hours
3. Dispatched — tracking link sent by email and SMS
4. Delivered — 5 to 6 days across most of India

No tracking link yet?

Check your spam folder first, then the number and email you used at checkout. If it has been more than 3 working days since you ordered, message us and we will find it.

Tracking has not moved in a few days

This is usually a scanning gap rather than a lost parcel, and it normally resolves on its own. If it has been stuck for more than 4 working days, contact us and we will raise it with the courier.
